Shipping Policy

Every Don Valentino Studio poster is printed to order through our global print partner, Gelato. Instead of shipping from one central warehouse, your order is produced and dispatched from the production facility closest to your delivery address. This keeps delivery times shorter and shipping emissions lower, wherever in the world you are.

Because each piece is made just for you, please allow a little time for production before your order ships.

Production time

Posters are produced within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods or sales this can take slightly longer, but we will always let you know if there is any delay.

Delivery times

Once your order has been produced, it is handed to the carrier for delivery. The estimated times below include both production and shipping, counted in business days:

Sweden: 3 to 6 business days
Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days
United States and Canada: 5 to 9 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery speed is in their hands, and factors like customs, weather, or peak seasons can add a few days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The exact cost is always shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link where tracking is available for your destination. If you have not received tracking information within a few days of your production estimate, get in touch and we will check on it for you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped within the same region they are produced, there are usually no extra charges. For some international orders, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping. We are happy to help update an address if you contact us quickly, but we cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered production.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived well past the estimated delivery window, please reach out. We will work with Gelato and the carrier to locate your parcel, and if it is confirmed lost in transit we will arrange a free replacement.

Damaged or faulty items

We want your poster to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, or there is a print or material defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement, no return shipping required.

Because every poster is printed on demand specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size and design with care before ordering, and reach out if you would like any guidance.
